Automated B2B email marketing is substituting blind email campaigns. Automated B2B marketing is the future of email marketing.
Much email marketing used to be done blind: buy a marketing list, load it into an email-sending application, and send out tens of thousands of emails all over. Some applications provided more feedback, some less. But for the most part, the majority of email just went onto the Internet landscape without any feedback.
Nowadays, automated B2B marketing came to fore and is the clear future of email marketing efforts. It usually is a series of transactional-email steps, sending out offers/notifications/information, and receiving replies. It is a supplement to cold calling, at a fraction of the cost.
B2BMarketing.Email (TM) is a B2B automation application. It generates demand for goods/services via a series of interactive email mailings.
B2BMarketing.Email (TM) works with a marketing list by eliciting predefined responses from potential clients. It accomplishes the dual purpose of eliciting interest in your goods/services and in sampling the marketplace for its degree of interest for your goods/services.
Goal 1. Selling.
The Marketing Platform is designed to purposefully look for new clients. The Marketing Platform forms a client database from hot clients and clients of delayed interest. The hot clients and clients of delayed interest are downloadable via Excel or PDF or other modalities of contact are available.
Goal 2. Market Statistics.
The results of email marketing form a snapshot about the interest for your good/service in the marketplace.
B2BMarketing.Email (TM) models an interactive series of steps for purposeful client search.
In order to launch these steps, the user must write one or several letters: the initial offer and, depending on the email-campaign, several compromise offers in reply to refusals.
The algorithmic marketing campaign runs two to three weeks total; the freeform one runs depending on your settings.
During the algorithmic marketing campaign, the application makes 6 to 7 email mailings.
B2BMarketing.Email (TM) does not permit SPAM due to manual review of every business offer. This Marketing Platform is intended for the business environment, for enterprises seeking to work with enterprises.
As every offer is manually reviewed, the chance to send out SPAM is minimal. If a user tries to send SPAM, we will immediately disconnect him. There is virtually a zero chance to send SPAM through the system, keeping its high professional status.
High deliverability of business offers to potential clients is reached by apportioning email delivery between five email-delivery platforms in Europe and United States.
If one email provider, for some reason, is down, email can be delivered using another provider.
High reputation for the email providers used by the application, and the manual moderation of all business offers, form solid foundation for high delivery rates of business offers to potential clients.
Business offers have a built-in expiration date, as the email states, so that potential clients have an incentive to read the business offers without delay.
The Dashboard contains a current snapshot of your activity on the Marketing Platform. It contains Subscription details, usage, running e-campaigns, and responses info. This is the first screen you will see when you log into the Platform.
The Help System is implemented within the How to Use menu item. You can read about how to get things done on the Platform here. Also, a particular help item is also available from the screen of a function in question.
By uploading a small logo and a logo, you are able to brand your interaction with your potential clients. The mini-logo is used to send out your B2B offer summaries while the logo is used in the Engage Center for communication with your potential clients on the Platform.
This menu option houses all types of email-campaigns available on the Marketing Platform. From here, you can prepare and launch your email-campaigns. The available types of email-campaigns are: B2B Lead Generation Email-Campaign; B2B Newsletter/Invite Email-Campaign; B2B Lead Nurturing Email-Campaign; B2B Lead Scoring Email-Campaign; B2B Office Products Email-Campaign; and N2B Non-Profit Email-Campaign. Different combinations of these are available for different service levels (i.e., Subscription Plans).
Once you prepare an email campaign, it goes immediately to the Approvals section of the Platform. A Moderator will take a thorough look at it before releasing the email-campaign into its launch stage. Unless the B2B offer is disallowed, all should go well. If it is rejected for some reason, that reason and optionally a message from the Moderator will be available for the user to correct it.
Every email-campaign you launch is available from this screen. Once the email-campaign starts running, you can see daily statistics by client type and you can see lists of potential clients, broken down by category, namely urgent, delayed, refused, non-standard refused, and silent responders. You can also annotate these potential clients with your notes and, for urgent potential clients, you can engage them further in the Engage Center.
The Engage Center allows you to leave messages for an urgent potential client in a private B2B forum. Each such message causes an email notification to be sent to the potential client so they could navigate to them Engage Center to view the message. You are likewise notified of their replies. This allows you to break the ice and arrive at the point of a phone call with a different kind of acquaintance than just cold calling.
